Sessions are not recommended for pregnant women, cancer patients or anyone with a severe illness.

The Importance of Self Care.

After a sound therapy session, it is important to plenty of pure water.  You can also take an Epson Salt bath, which will support your body’s detoxification, or take a hot shower.  You can also take a walk, preferably barefoot, on grass or sand if possible.  It will ground your released energy.

Many people report feeling the following after a sound therapy session:

  • More calm and connected

  • Feeling less stress

  • Feeling more energized

  • More self-awareness

You may also experience the following:

  • Feeling tired

  • Feeling like you need to sleep or rest

  • Headache, dizzy or disconnected

  • More aware of buried emotions

  • More emotional
